Fresh pasta is a great way to impress your guest.  A little extra TLC will go lengths towards showing your guests how truly special they are.

One thing I really like is when you serve fresh pasta you do not need to mess with an elaborate sauce. Plain marinara sauce will get you great reviews. My favorite way to serve it is with white truffle butter, salt, pepper and fresh chopped parsley.

Do not be fooled!! The body needs a daily intake of carbohydrates in order to properly function. There are tons of different recipes available — this one came on the back of the Semolina bag I bought at the store and I just added wasabi paste as a flavoring.
